How to Spa

The spa environment is a tranquil area of our property. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests by speaking in a soft voice or simply enjoying the silence. We kindly request that you refrain from using your mobile phone and camera while enjoying the spa.

Reservations

An advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple bookings during your stay. The spa provides walk-in bookings upon availability.

We invite you to advise us of any special preferences, concerns, or focus areas to make the most out of your experience when making your reservation and during your treatment. 

For any inquiries or information regarding the spa, please dial 5350 or press the “SPA” button on your telephone display.

Preparations

We recommend that you leave all jewellery in the safe in your room before coming to the spa. The spa will not be held responsible for any valuables lost within the spa. For men – please shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure maximum results.

Advanced Booking: We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 6 hours or ‘no-shows’ will be charged in full.

Arrival: We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Delays will result in reduced treatment time.

Etiquette: Swimwear is required in common areas. Bathrobes are to be worn in treatment and wet areas. Alcohol and tobacco use are strictly prohibited.

Health and Safety: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or pregnancy. Villa Rossa Spa is not responsible for lost items or accidents.

Prices: Services are priced in EUR and include VAT. Villa Rossa Spa reserves the right
to change prices without prior notice.

Children: Our guests between 0-11 years are more than welcome to our spa until 16:00, accompanied by their parents, to ensure a spa ambience of well-being. Teenagers from 12 - 16 can enjoy our treatments under their parents' supervision.
