Settled in the historic Jagd Zimmer, you will be guided through a side-by-side tasting of the city’s six legendary brews by Dr Johannes Sauer: physician, certified beer sommelier and one of Munich’s most compelling narrators of brewing heritage. Each pour comes with tasting notes, history and a carefully paired Bavarian snack made in-house.
