Enjoy classic European cuisine with fine regional influences. Executive Chef Restaurant PUR Ulrich Heimann uses particularly high-quality products - all meat, milk, and fish are locally sourced. The innovative menu changes according to the season and is a tribute to Heimann's nutritional philosophy. The refined dishes have been awarded two MICHELIN stars for the second year in a row, eight Gusto pans, and three red Gault Millau toques.
Kids policy: We are happy to welcome children aged twelve and over.
