To complement these milestone dishes, our sommelier team has curated a remarkable wine journey sourced from the past five years of the Cattani Collection. Each selected wine represents one of five different Swiss cantons, with a special focus on the 2021 vintage, the year of the hotel`s reopening.
Adding to their exclusivity, every single wine on this list was personally introduced by the visionaries themselves during one of our signature Cattani Collection Kick-off events.
