On Friday, 8 May, we invite you to an exclusive evening as part of the Cattani Collection - a hommage to "white gold" and the uncompromising winemaking artistry of Lake Zurich. At the heart of the evening are purist asparagus variations in perfect harmony with wines of distinct character from Erich Meier.
We are delighted to welcome Erich Meier, one of the most prominent visionaries of the Swiss wine scene. On the "Gold Coast" of Lake Zurich, he crafts wines of impressive precision and depth. His philosophy is clear: no frills, just substance. Whether spontaneously fermented, unrefined, or aged in amphorae - Erich Meier’s wines are a pure reflection of their terroir and the ideal accompaniment to the sophisticated culinary style of our Executive Chef, Stefanos Ioannidis.
Together, they present a 6-course menu that unites the springtime lightness of asparagus with the artisanal consistency of Zurich’s finest wines. Look forward to rare highlights such as the complex Pinot Noir Kirche or Merlot, perfectly paired with the delicate nuances of "white gold."
